INTROVISION

according to Prof. Dr. Angelika C. Wagner

Instead of talking and conceptualizing, in bifocal approaches clients face their fears and limitations, promoting clarity and serenity in inner experience.

The Introvision method has been continuously developed, tested and empirically investigated at the University of Hamburg since 1986 under the direction of Prof. Dr. Angelika C. Wagner.

In a form of wide perception related to mindfulness practice, the client faces his greatest fears and successively dissolves them. This seemingly simple method convinces with its quick effectiveness and its sustainability.

The goal of Introvision is to learn to cope with inner conflicts, stress, anger, fears and mental blocks and to be able to dissolve them more easily in order to become permanently calmer and internally calmer.
